Vacancy: Project Management Consultant, Durban, South Africa

Vacancy: Project Management Consultant, Durban, South Africa

How about this? A company in the engineering industry is stuck with a project that just does not seem to end. Then you come in, you become part of the project team, flag opportunities and implement solutions. Resulting in successes for the client and simultaneously enhancing the collaboration of the project team. All of which contributes to getting their project back on track.

You can make the difference for our clients! You stimulate cooperation, meet deadlines or even deliver them early and you keep costs as low as possible. The engineering and maritime industries are sectors where we add value. How do we achieve this? We give our honest and uncompromising opinion while creating support at the same time. That is how our clients know they can rely on us. As dynamic and refreshing consultants we often work in traditional environments. We make those opposites meet and work together.

Discover Critical Minds

People that fit with Critical Minds push boundaries and see every unexpected turn as an opportunity. We give you the opportunity to be an entrepreneur based on your own vision and strength. We challenge you to make a difference and stimulate improvement, on the basis of our motto “Combining Business, Fun and Purpose”.

We are a self-managed organisation, without managers, directors, let alone management layers. As a close-knit team, we are responsible for our own success and the success of Critical Minds. We work in an environment of responsibility and trust, where everybody can excel by being themselves. Every half year we give each other feedback, we have a personalised development program and yearly Vision Days, during which we, the whole team, add focus to the vision and strategy of Critical Minds.

Are you an honest, driven and adventurous person? Then you might be a match for Critical Minds!
