Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management. Who are you?

• You have experience as a project manager or consultant with projects in the industrial and/or manufacturing sector;
• You have a hands-on mentality and experience with implementing structural solutions;
• You have knowledge of risk management, cost control, earned value, CPM and CCPM, amongst others;
• You know how to connect the right people and as such create support during projects. You thoroughly understand how relationships and interests play a role in organisations and how to deal with them;
• You are pro-active and are able to enhance motivation with others;
• You are able to guide starting colleagues by challenging them on what they do;
• You are commercial;
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree;
• You have relevant certificates and/or have done courses in project management (this would be an advantage).
