What makes Critical Minds unique for you?
The openness within Critical Minds is really unique to me. For example, we are transparent about the financial figures (and therefore salaries) and also about personal learning goals and feedback. A wonderful example of this is the Joker Day. On this day, feedback and jokers are given to each other and you will receive a bonus based on the number of jokers received. The feedback can then be viewed by everyone. That is typical Critical Minds.
