What makes Critical Minds unique for you?
Critical Minds is a unique workplace for me because there is an openness, transparency and encouraging atmosphere in which everyone, regardless of experience or position, is free to give their input. The customer base and the years of experience and expertise that the team has, combined with this culture of openness and non-judgment, make Critical Minds, in my opinion, a perfect place for development and growth, both for myself as a junior, and for the organization and its customer value.
What is your dream?
My dream is to achieve a career in which I can contribute to unity, collaboration, vision, direction and sustainability within corporate cultures. I hope to develop a sixth sense for norms, values, problems and solutions within companies through various project packages. Based on this expertise, I dream of being able to add sustainable value to organizations in all circumstances: in growth or in crisis, in expansion or in reorganization, in profit or loss.
