For me, the vision ‘Making a difference by being yourself’ is what makes Critical Minds unique. This vision can be seen throughout the entire company. We make an impact for our clients by first making an impact on ourselves. The team learns and develops together every day, which means that clients do not just get one Critical Mind, but have an entire Critical Community supporting every professional. From the very beginning, I could relate to this vision.
What is your dream?
My dream is to make a positive contribution, both personally and professionally, to the people and environment around me, so that my younger self can be proud of the path I have taken and of what still lies ahead.
